THE PROCESS

MEETING
We meet with you at your location (or virtually) to discuss your wants and needs and take site measurements if needed. Then you sign our design contract and make a deposit to set things in motion.

DESIGN
We get to work designing your dream home or renovation. We stay in close communication with you to create solutions, sometimes multiple solutions until we get the design just right

DELIVERY
We deliver you a digital file of your construction plans that you can deliver to your builder, contractor or designer to begin construction of your dreams. We remain available for adjustments as needed for local building codes.
